Fourteen passengers were on board when the vehicle overturned at Enfield, near Ballarat, just before 3:00pm.
A man in his 20s sustained serious head injuries and has been flown to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
Twelve others are being taken to Ballarat hospital with minor injuries.
